It's a fair question. And it's one we've been wrestling with since the days when this idea was just scribbles on a napkin. Back then, the goal was simple: help the small and medium-sized freight forwarders compete at scale.
We quickly realized that in air freight, the best way to reduce cost for forwarders is through:

That’s where Irl came in—his decades of experience in air freight was invaluable. Without tech, it would be impossible to do what we're doing, and Dennis brought the how.
Together, we aimed to build a system that didn't just consolidate but gave forwarders the best options—balancing speed and cost. Our model allowed us to take the risk others wouldn't: we built consolidation lanes and priced to win, betting that forwarders would come.
